Staff and service was great, the receptionist helped us whenever we asked and was accessible through most of the day A great location, one or two busses are enough to reach most malls/attractions in the area Pretty cheap for San Jose standards

Parking availability was great and check in was super quick. I was able to park right in front of my room which was super convenient. Check in was easy as well just gave them the day when I booked and my reservation number on the app. After that it was smooth sailing, got my card key and wasn't bothered for anything else. The room was surprisingly spacious and the fridge was a decent size. Not many budget hotels provide a decent fridge and microwave combo so I was glad! And a lot of bright lighting options in the room.

what I like about this hotel is how close its to restaurants, shops and other places in walking distance or take a bus. The staff was really friendly.
